Peak-Season Rules
School Holidays Need Earlier Decisions.
- School holiday Saturdays are built around regular rota clients first.
- Whitby Goth Weekend bookings need confirmed access and linen at least 14 days ahead.
- Christmas week is not a rescue-clean week. Rotas must be agreed early.
- Best BnB Hosting Tips closes from 24 to 30 December. Maeve checks email once on the 27th, but no changeovers are booked in that gap.
- Cancellations made after 6:00pm the day before a booked clean are charged at 50 percent because staff time has been held.
