Linen System
Beds Are Counted Before They Are Dressed.
Linen hire, owner-supplied washing and hybrid stock are handled with count sheets because missing pillowcases are not a small problem when guests are already in Whitby.

Single, king, super king and towel extras are quoted once the bed count is checked. Owner-supplied linen wash, dry and fold starts from £9 per bed set. Minimum linen-only run is £30.
Owner Linen Workflow
Labelled Bags Stop Late Beds.
Owner linen must be bagged by bed size and property name. A two-bedroom cottage needs at least three full sets in rotation if it is on a regular short break pattern: one on the beds, one clean in store and one away for washing.
Used linen is collected only when a linen run is booked. We do not collect guest laundry without a booked linen run and we do not offer an ironing-only service.

Turnaround and charges: owner-supplied linen is washed, dried and folded for the next booked linen run, so the property needs enough labelled reserve sets for the next changeover. Stained, damaged or missing hire items are photographed before billing and charged at the like-for-like replacement cost, not a fixed penalty.
