- No deep building cleans after renovation, plastering or painting.
- No end-of-tenancy cleans for long let properties.
- No mould remediation, pest waste, bodily fluid clean-up or hazardous waste removal.
- No ironing-only service and no guest laundry collected without a booked linen run.
- No properties where parking, access or linen storage has not been agreed in advance.
- No guaranteed same-day rescue clean if the previous guests leave after 11:00am.
